- Supporting Telemedicine treatment by launching the Distance
- Education with Australia in a bid to exchange veterinary knowledge and technology with veteran vets.

Service and Veterinarian’s assistants

Initiating annual training courses and skill-improving workshops like Service Quality and Teamwork Competency to encourage and educate all staff members to be more effective and responsible. Also, they all are trained to be service-minded people in order to provide the best service to pet owners and their pet.

When it comes to the quality management system, our hospital has implemented the ISO 9001:2000 certified by UKAS and is under the monitoring and evaluation of URS since September 2004. Thonglor Pet Hospital is Asia’s first animal hospital certified by ISO 9001:2000.
